Thank you for buying this edition. The terms are short because they are meant
to be read.

1. What you receive. Thirteen digital paintings, the Thirteen Breaths
folio in ancient Greek and English, the collector's book, the installation
atlas, the printing guide, the offline Gallery, and a checksum manifest of
every file. The works are screen-tier masters at 1024 × 1536 pixels. What
that means for printing is stated plainly in the printing guide; nothing here
promises gallery-scale print quality.

2. What you may do. Keep these files forever. View them on any device you
own. Print them for your own home or workspace, at the sizes the printing
guide supports. Show the Gallery to whomever you like. Re-download your copy
from Artemis at any time you can prove your purchase.

3. What you may not do. Resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files,
whole or in part. Use them commercially, including in products, merchandise,
advertising, packaging, or client work. Mint them as tokens. Use them as
training data for machine-learning systems. Claim authorship, or present the
works or the poem as your own or as ancient.

4. Copyright. Daniel Wahnich retains full copyright in the paintings, the
Greek and English text of the Thirteen Breaths, the editorial volumes, the
Gallery, and the design. Buying this edition buys the right of private
enjoyment described above, and nothing more.

5. About the poem. The Thirteen Breaths is an original modern composition
written in dialogue with the public-domain matter of the Iliad. It is not a
translation of Homer, not the words of Homer, and not an ancient text. It is
signed as what it is.

6. Refunds. Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded. By
downloading you agree that delivery has begun and that the statutory
withdrawal right, where one applies, ends at that moment. If a file is
corrupt, incomplete, or fails its checksum, Artemis will replace it; that is
a defect, not a return, and it is always fixed.

7. No other promises. The edition is sold as it is described here and in
its listing. Artemis makes no promise of investment value, appreciation,
exclusivity beyond what is stated, or future editions.

the listing. If any clause is unenforceable where you live, the rest stands.
